TRAINING
Training is based on the pillars of SYSTEMA

1 Breathe
2 Relaxation
3 Posture
4 Constant Movement
Every class involves these priniciples. Within these principles are drills to enhance each level. One can view the process as organic. Systema includes self defence at all levels from standing up, ground, in a car , in water etc. Essentially, your environment is your training ground.
Classes will include Breathing exercises, warrm up exercieses, ground work, hand to hand combat, defence against weapons and defence against mulitple attackers. Every class is different and each person goes at their own pace.
The objective is to leave training feeling revitalized and energized. Not depleted and drained. The philosphy is to Heal in Training.
CLASSES
Currently the classes follow the following schedule.
Tuesdays: 6-7.30pm
Fridays: 5.30pm - 7pm
You can wear casual workout attire. Military fatigues are not required, but some do wear them.
